Story-Time Yoga is a class geared towards building the bonds between parents and children using story, songs and yoga.

These classes are designed to get children practicing mindful movement and breathing in a fun, inclusive, and safe environment. Through this program children and parents will develop stronger communication and listening skills by engaging in the story through the body.

story time yoga testimonial

"This was absolutely wonderful. Conor loved it and it was great to see him take so much pride in his practice. I have always been worried about the social-emotional impact of this closure on all of my guys, but Conor especially. Hearing him say, "I am strong. I am healthy. I am safe" brought tears to my eyes - because I know it's true even during this tough time. "

senior reading ambassadors

Our Senior Reading Ambassadors are an amazing part of our PULL Phase II program. These dedicated volunteers read to children in Coatesville's Head Start program the second Wednesday of every month. Our volunteers are passionate about helping to foster a love of books from an early age.

Classes include singing, joyful movement, dance concepts (space, level, speed, etc.), and lots of imagination!
